Our Oral Surgery Services
For almost 40 years, patients have relied on Oral and Facial Surgery of Naperville for tooth restoration with dental implants. While many other doctors place dental implants, our meticulous surgical planning and wealth of knowledge paired with the latest advanced technologies provide our patients with superior results. We offer comfortable care, a fast recovery, and close follow-up to ensure patients’ well-being during recovery.
Wisdom Teeth Removal
Oral and Facial Surgery of Naperville performs wisdom teeth removal for patients in all age groups. Most wisdom teeth removal procedures are done under sedation to ensure the utmost comfort and anxiety relief. We utilize minimally invasive techniques to minimize post-operative discomfort and allow for a speedy recovery. The majority of our patients do not require narcotics for pain relief after surgery. Ask us for types of treatments that we provide and can make your recovery very smooth!
Dentists routinely refer patients to our practice for teeth extraction based on our doctors’ skill and specialization. As oral and maxillofacial surgeons, we can remove teeth gently, precisely, and with as little discomfort as possible. Patients can choose from among several different levels of anesthesia, including mild, moderate, and general anesthesia.
If many of your teeth are missing or damaged — or if you wear removable dentures — you may be a good candidate for All-On-4. This oral surgery uses implants to anchor a fixed denture (or a bridge), restoring the function and appearance of your original dentition. The treatment allows you to receive all-new teeth in a single appointment.

“Dr Jandali and his staff went above and beyond. From the front to the back there was nothing but pleasant. Obviously since COVID there’s a lot of new things being done, but i never felt unsafe or not properly protected.”

Experienced In Oral Surgery Procedures
Our doctors perform jaw surgery (orthognathic surgery) to correct severe problems with alignment. We frequently coordinate with Naperville-area orthodontists to address both the jaw’s development and an incorrect bite. Surgery can improve your jaw’s function, your comfort, and your facial aesthetics.
A healthy jawbone provides a strong foundation for your teeth and dental implant procedures. Bone grafting can restore areas where you may have lost bone due to tooth extraction, tooth decay, or bone resorption over time.
Sleep Apnea Treatment
Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) can have several negative health effects, including an increased risk of cardiovascular problems, daytime sleepiness, and loss of concentration. Our practice can help you explore non-surgical techniques as well as oral surgery options for resolving OSA.
